DOWSIL Sealant Q4-2805 is designed to be injected directly by air gun into grooves of integral fuel tank systems during fabrication or maintenance. The physical nature of the material is putty-like and it is white in color. Relative density at 25°C is 1.37 and extrusion force is 91 kg. This advance fluorosilicone channel sealant withstands immersion in fuels and exposure to fuel vapors in temperatures up to 200°C.
